The location near the train station was mind-blowing! This unique property offered more than just a hotel room - it had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and free wi-fi. We had a SUCH GREAT stay in Nice near to the train station Nice Ville, tram 1 and the beach and supermarket. Marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk from a modern beach club, loved it. This apartment exceeded all expectations; would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay at F2 Centre - Gare in Nice. the apartment was clean, modern, and had all the facilities we needed. the separate bedroom had a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. the kitchenette was well-equipped with a hob, kettle, microwave, and even a washing machine. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and tram stops. We also appreciated the reliable wifi and the TV with Netflix. There were many great restaurants in the area, and a big supermarket nearby. We will definitely be returning next time we're in town. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

I recently stayed at F2 Centre - Gare for a week while exploring the South of France. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and promenade. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and had all the facilities I needed. I was impressed by the abundance of electrical outlets, which made charging my devices easy. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after checkout. The view from the window was also a bonus, especially when the weather was good. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place.
